Oral presentations are 20 minutes long, with 15 minutes for the presentation and time for discussion.
Please bring your PowerPoint presentation on a USB stick to your designated presentation room 15 minutes before the scheduled start of your presentation.
To ensure the best fit and legibility on the display boards, we recommend a poster size of 46 inches high by 46 inches wide. This size allows for clean presentation and adequate spacing when sharing boards with another presenter.
Please note: the maximum allowable poster size is 48 inches high by 48 inches wide. Posters exceeding these dimensions may not fit on the boards and cannot be accommodated.CGNA does not cover printing costs.
The title of the abstract, followed by the name and affiliation of all authors listed on the abstract should be at the top of the poster, with the name of the presenting author underlined. Please also include an email address for the corresponding author.
Poster contents generally include an introduction, objectives, methodology, results, conclusions, bibliography, and acknowledgements, including the source of funding for the study. Please use a font size that is legible from a distance.
Information concerning the session and location of your poster presentation, as well as its assigned number, setup and removal times, will be available in the final program. Pins will be provided at the site.
