Yes, all presenters at the conference will need to register to confirm their presentation(s) on the CGNA2025 program.

Register early and save with early bird registration fees. 

One-day registrations are available, as are shared passes. 

CGNA is also pleased to offer discounted registration rates for full-time students and retired nurses. 

Yes, you may. When registering, choose your pre-conference event(s) of interest, but do not register for any of the main conference events.  

CGNA2025 takes place at The Fort Garry Hotel, 222 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba.  Reduced hotel rates are available for delegates. Please see the Travel page for more information.  

The CGNA2025 conference features:

• Pre-Conference Workshops (May 29): Interactive sessions on gerontological nursing topics. You may attend pre-conference workshops without attending the full conference. 
• Keynote Presentations (May 30-31): Expert talks on inclusivity in gerontological nursing.
• Concurrent Sessions & Posters (May 30-31): Research, practice, and education-focused presentations.
• Networking Events: Delegates' Reception (May 29) and Networking Event (May 30).
• Exhibit Hall (May 30-31): Showcasing products, services, and initiatives.

Some events may require additional fees. All conference events are subject to change.
